  1. We are a B2B global technology marketing organisation. With over 15 years of experience and around 250 marketers based around the world we support our clients to generate demand across all channels to the point of revenue. Our expertise and service portfolio has been recognised by our industry with recognition in Demand generation with global campaigns, Aligning Sales and Marketing with teams that are in-sourced within our clients and high value content marketing designed to engage the most difficult to reach decision makers. Everyday we are running campaigns and having conversations either digitally or over the phone with your customers to generate opportunity and revenue for your brand. Within the last year we ran a total of 424 campaigns across 170 countries and 35 languages, these include anything from content creation through to telemarketing, these in turn generated $420m of marketing pipeline. As you can see our client base speaks for itself, all global and leading technology brands with different services and propositions but all of them need to generate demand, which is where we come in...

Ensuring that every lead generated has a home and gets converted to revenue through our services. Quantum works completely across the marketing lifecycle from the top of the funnel to capture an audience and pull them to the proposition, through the mid of funnel where we integrated programs that take the customer on a journey that takes them to the point of wanting to engage with Sales. At this point we then manage the process all the way through to the bottom of the funnel, the point of revenue generated. But its not the funnel that makes this process work its what's inside that counts.... This is where Quantum has developed our AIM methodology to generate demand for the technology industry. We are able to work with our clients through the complete marketing and sales lifecycle or for just single elements. ACQUIRE the right audience We start by analysing data, researching the right watering holes, creating compelling content and focusing on the most relevant channels to pull target customers to your proposition and start their customer journey. Typically these channels include Data, Social, and Search Engine Marketing INTERACT and build relationship Every day we talk with technology decision-makers and influencers across every channel around the world to have the essential human engagement that builds trust in your brand. We combine this with relevant and personalised content to enhance, maintain consistency and expedite the demand generation process. At this point we generate leads for our clients and this is where typically marketing agencies pass them across to your sales team.... However this is where we are different. MONETISE all opportunities Our own research tells us that 75% of the leads that are generated get followed up by sales and channel partners – This fundamental fracture in the flow of a lead to a sales is one of the largest issues that our clients face and concentrating on optimising this element of the funnel has the largest return vs putting more in the top of the funnel. Once customers are ready to engage directly with your brand, we nurture these leads by converting prospects into real revenue opportunities for the sales team. We manage this whole process to ensure that each lead that is generated gets handed across to the right team or partner, accelerating and managing the lead process and then closing the loop to ensure that no opportunity is left behind. We believe that the fact that we can work with organisations from the initial engagement with a brand all the way through to managing the leads and opportunities with your sales teams to the point of revenue is our key differentiator – and its at the bottom of the funnel

Everyday new organisations are innovating and challenging the norm. Along with the evolution, Quantum has also evolved our services to allow our clients to continue to generate revenue from the traditional decision makers through the traditional channels, but also we are able to work with new challenger organisations who are more focused on the cost per acquisition through digital channels. Having this experience allows us to work with large organisations who are looking to protect their existing revenue run rate while supporting them to jump into new markets, propositions and engage with decision makers that are new to them.

At the heart of this are some fundamental elements which we have put in place to ensure that: We know exactly what our clients expectations are and then agree the criteria to ensure we deliver a quality product We get completely immersed in your proposition and become experts in your brand We set up the campaign correctly ensuring that all of the target data is correct and segment based upon the messaging We provide transparent and insightful reporting that highlights; the good, the bad and the opportune. We listen to your feedback and adapt based upon your requirements. We generate all the opportunity we can from the program and then provide recommendations on where we can generate more for you based upon results and intelligence. To achieve the above, we have created a customer lifecycle which exposes you each of our core teams who will expertly guide you through each stage to ultimately achieve our combined goals. We believe that working in collaboration is the key to success! To achieve this, its really important for us to listen to our customers. To do this we have implemented a monthly temperature check whereby we will send each of our customers a quick email to ask how we are performing. Based upon the response you provide will determine the response we give. This program is so important to us as a business that we have implemented an SLA to record, understand and engage with you within 24 hours and act on any negative feedback. Conversely when there is great feedback we will then look to maintain the performance.
