- Merchandising & marketing
- Operation cost
- F&B , linen, and equipment inventories
- Menu planning and engineering
• Preopening experience regarding planning, structuring, and applying
floor plans, in addition to condensed preopening training regarding SOPs

*2001-2003: T.S. official degree at Hospitality Management from the Hostelry
Institute of Beer Hassan.
*1997-2000: Philosophy official degree from Majdelbaana High School
Languages:
*Arabic: read, write, and speak- fluent
