For transfer of property :
a) First RM100,000 = 1%
b) For next RM400,000 = 2%
(From RM100,001- RM500,000)
c) For next RM1.5 Million = 3%
(From RM500,001- RM2,000,000)
d) Above RM2.0 Million = 4%
