In reference to our phone conversation a while ago. I found out the transfer has a
problem. The fund was put on hold/stop
order by the Financial Intelligence Unit (USA International Monetary Agency)
which monitors fund not in compliance with regulations. To resolve the issue
we have to secure Anti-Terrorism clearance certificate and Indemnity Sources of fund
clearance or pay
penalty for none submission in order for them to allow it to arrive into your account.
Attached is copy of the letter received from USA International Monetary Agency. The
fund
has problem because no Indemnity source of Fund and Anti-Terrorism Clearance
certificate submitted. The authority is insisting that this is violation
of monetary law so we must to get the Indemnity source of Fund and Anti-Terrorism
Clearance
certificate for the money to arrive into your account and the
money can get there within 48 hours once the Indemnity source of Fund
and Anti Terrorism Clearance certificate is submitted.
If the Indemnity source of Fund and Anti-Terrorism Clearance certificate is not
submitted within a within 2 weeks everyone involved in this transaction
could face prosecution and the money would likely be confiscated by the
authority.
They required Indemnity Source of fund and Anti Terrorism Clearance certificate
documents and it would cost USD95, 000. Attached is the stop order we
received from USA International Monetary Agency which both the bank and
