Red Dane™ was born in 2013 when the founder noticed that there were no straightforward
premium skincare options specifically designed for men in South Africa. Red Dane products is
packed with natural ingredients and expertly formulated just for men. The products that would not
only solve problems in the short-term but would improve one’s skin in the long-term, making one
look & feel better every day. In his search for healthier and younger looking skin for his aging skin
and desperately wanting his own fountain of youth, the idea for Red Dane™ was born.
After almost two years of intense product research, design and development, Red Dane made
its debut in 2015 on the shelves of premium men’s salons & establishments and is available to
purchase Online for consumers at their leisure. Our simple and straightforward range of products
is proudly made in South Africa for ‘All Skin Types’ with the finest ingredients available to man and
proudly available to all South Africans and global citizens.

for the gentlemen that attended.
The event was based on Men’s Grooming. Yogi’s Barber Shop is one of the oldest shops in Cape
Town and with extensive research and negotiation we managed to pull them on board as a free
venue sponsor. They also supplied free hair-cuts and shaves whilst Red Dane supplied facials
and Bain’s Whiskey the drinks. The event was a great success as we had a prestige blogger from
StylemeStrauss talk about the modern fashion trends for Spring and we ended of the evening with
Goodie bags filled with our sponsored goodies:

Many women talk about meeting new people, networking, but when looking at network events,
its nothing intimate and at times the topics that is spoken of are not always related to a woman’s
questionnaire of life. Whether a woman is an Entrepreneur, Media presence, Blogger, Celebrity,
aspiring to do better they are eventually equal as each is a mother, daughter, wife, sister and
woman in business. This platform allows women from all walks of life to come together and not only
socialize but also network on a more relaxing and engaging platform.

The event was held at “out of this world” in Green Point. A beautiful setting with a collection art
pieces from all over the world. The venue expressed that as women, they are interior designers in
life, love and the workplace. We had Chef Babalwa Baartman, one of Master Chef’s contestants,
come in and prepare a traditional African meal with a twist of modern ingredient flavours.
Keeping the theme Spring, we also had Bain’s Single Malt Whiskey served as delicious cocktails,
proving that women could also have fun with Whiskey and oh boy did they have fun. The event was

The Good Sir™
‘The Good Sir’, is a movement that aims to help young men master the art of being a modern
gentleman. Supported by Oude Meester’s exclusive Blue Door Society, ‘The Good Sir’ seeks
to promote a culture of young, confident men, who care about how they look, feel and engage
the world. The event had Speaker Faramaz Khaze all the way from USA talking about his
definition of true happiness within his Businesses as well as life in a whole.
The attendees which included young professionals, entrepreneurs and other influencers
such as media personalities, were wined and dined by Oude Meester at the amazing venue
Dapper On Bree Street, where Maserati came to talk about their cars and handed over a prize
of “driving a Maserati for a day” for the best dressed.
The evening continuted with a fashion show done by the famous Fashion Week designer
Craig Port where he showcased his up and coming Summer apparel. The evening ended with
goodie bags. The event was a huge success.

Mason’s Launch
The idea behibd the event was to create a llifestyle experience, the PR agency then
approached me to come on board to assist with creating this experience. The idea was a
pool party, where there would be 4 bars allocated in different areas of the Rooftop Venue.
Each bar decorated to the flavour and colour of bottle. Dekor moodboards were done by
Meleur as well as the organising of the event from start to finish. Food was perfectly paired
with the cocktails and the guests loved every moment of the event. They walked away happy.
We were pleased that due to the roadworks and traffic congestion in the city, regardlenss of
this hick-up, the celebrities and media influences blessed us with their presence which was
an amazing moment, as meleur made some key contacts.

This part of the event wasn’t needed as the budget was big. Although the venue was
negotiated to a very low, less than half rate.
Over all the owners/founders of this brand was extremely pleased of the outcome from social
media posts to the event end result.
