veloped under the direction of the founder/Managing Director,
Melvin Lim Wei Jien, to become established and recognised com-
pany in all sectors ot the construction industry. It is a medium size
company where all senior Quantity Surveyors in the practice are
members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with
a vast array of knowledge in all area of the construction beusi-
ness. Priding itself on its friendly, professional atmosphere, vibrant
and competent staff, there is a team structure in place, which
works to efficiently manage the Pracetice workload.
Staffs meet on a weekly basis and all projects are fully monitored
and schedules through their design and delivery process. There is
a wide variety of expertise inhouse including conservation, refur-
bishment, sustainbility, building standards and codes, health and
safety etc.
The practice has a policy of employing only fully qualified profes-
sional staff who work to achieve the high and exacting standards
demanded by the practice, the client and construction regulants.
