produces a physical, three dimensional object from a 3D CAD
file.
• Based on the principle of curing %hardening& a liquid
photopolymer into a specific shape.

IN STEREOLITHOGRAPHY PROCESS:-
• STEP 1 : Create the model in CAD software.
•STEP 2 :Convert the CAD file into STL format.
• STEP 3: Slices the STL model into number of layers.
• STEP 4: Design the support to the model.
• STEP 5: Layer by layer construction of the part.
• STEP 6: This involves removing the prototype from
the machine and detaching any supports.
