Alaa El-Deen Telecommunication Company, (Khartoum 2005) – project involved Man Power planning aligned with the business plan
implementation and expansion progress, we recruited and oriented the required personnel from regional countries not Sudan, and followed up on
all the joining requirements from visas, air tickets, etc…

Mass Recruitment Campaign – Rouaa Recruitment
Emirates International Bank, (Dubai 2006) – Sales force recruitment, Lebanon, Egypt, South Africa, India and Jordan. Aim: to recruit 550
sales persons within 3 months. The project involved identifying sourcing countries, communicating with local recruiters, planning interview and
following up on the candidate joining process (visas, air tickets, orientation, etc...)

HR Teams Capacity Building: Interviewing & Selection - Mentor FZ LLC
HSBC Bank Middle East, (Dubai 2007) – Helping the HR department optimize their recruitment cycle through refining the interview process
and reviewing the selection procedure.

internal recruitment team managing their whole recruitment process at location, including identifying sourcing countries, recruitment,
interviewing, selection, and orientation for joining.

Turn Key Recruitment & Training Project - Mentor FZ LLC
ADCB Bank (Abu Dhabi 2008 – 2009) identifying 300 candidates, recruiting them and training them for a banking entry level position. Project
was delivered with great success within 7 weeks.
