This is a brief presentation I made for a UK-based company. The main message they wanted to communicate is the following: The problem with how employees communicate within companies is that communication tools such as telephone, email and Skype are not connected with each other. The solution is to adopt a new approach called Unified Communication and Collaboration. The benefits are the following: lower costs, higher productivity and enhanced user satisfaction.
