I'm a Founding Director of an employee-owned Research and Innovation incubator called inavya ('navya' means 'new' in Sanskrit). inavya is a joint venture between Baxendale (UK) and Innova (Italy). Baxendale began in 1866 and was later established by Act of Parliament as a Trust to support growth of employee-owned and mutual enterprises - Innova was established in 1993, and has grown to become one of Europe's leading R&D companies. inavya is an Angel investor and developer of fast-growth health, energy and big data Startups.
