read this….
This was the last time the ”Email marketing
profiling for success” web seminar was
offered on these terms.
It was one of the first webinars offered by
FEDMA and Markedu – and consistently one
of the highest rated web seminars.
Thank you to everyone whom attended.
12. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
" Interesting information, for more advanced email
marketing professionals. I probably should have
taken an intro seminar first.”

13. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
“ This web-seminar confirmed many of my own
conclusions about the market trends/rules for online
marketing which is nice since I work in a smaller
organization, and sometimes look for others to discuss
my issues with. It also gave me good inspiration for
content and statements in future presentations of my
own. I have decided to prioritize future web-seminars
like this. “

14. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
“This seminar is exactly what we marketers need.
It's interactive, up to the point and every
adaptible to our needs. These days we can't
leave the office to go to seminars, they have to
come to us and with themes that really make a
difference. “

15. Testimonials, recommendations and
constructive feedback
" Michael Leander seemed tired today (I have
attended this web seminar 3 times:-).
But it worked for me again. I never grow tired of
learning from him – he is witty, highly
knowledgeable, and on top of that he clearly cares
about his audience. He changes bits and pieces each
time.
I also liked very much the presentation by Alterian –
it was short and to the point. These webinars are
highly recommendable and I will attend again and
again…“

17. Moving forward
• Great feedback, thank you. We will use it to improve the next
web-seminars
• We are working hard to identify more speakers, more interesting

18. Marketing learnings by Michael Leander
• It is interesting to see how differently two people review the same
experience. It again goes to prove how important it is to match
speaker, topic and competence level of attendees.
• Conversion from signup to attendance is a an issue with web-
seminars as it is with regular seminars.
