Medical
image
interpretation
is
a
complex
clinical
skill,
supported
by
a
broad
knowledge
base.
Radiologists
are
considered
the
‘gold
standard’,
however,
x-‐ray
interpretation
is
also
done
by
a
wide
range
of
health
care
professionals
including
Emergency
Doctors,
Junior
Doctors,
Radiographers,
Physiotherapists
and
Nurses.
In
response
to
growing
demands
on
emergency
care
services
globally,
a
broader
range
of
healthcare
professionals
can
positively
contribute
to
patient
management
by
enhancing
their
image
interpretation
skills.
Research
in
this
field
has
acknowledged
that
healthcare
professionals
that
receive
targeted
image
interpretation
education
enhance
their
ability
to
detect
and
describe
abnormalities
in
the
trauma
environment.

clinical
radiographers

postgraduate
training
in
image
interpretation
and
experience
in
clinical
education
and
facilitation.

skilled
at
assisting
participants

their
own

the
workshop’s

workshops
are

interactive
with

minimum
of
