Migration to Thomson Reuters Eikon is easy. We will guide you through
six simple steps to get you up and running:
• Step 1: We will run the System Test Tool to check that your systems
meet the minimum requirements to run Eikon
• Step 2: We will confirm your user details via our online User
Validation Tool
• Step 3: For customers with complex sheets, a new specialist team
will provide onsite and offsite support to help you to migrate your
sheets and data
• Step 4: We will contact you to book online training classes
• Step 5: We will send you a Welcome email with a link to download
Thomson Reuters Eikon. A few clicks and you can just start using
it immediately
• Step 6: Once you have accessed the product, online training will be
