2. This to inform that I am an International Student of Innovative International
College in Malaysia My course is Diploma in Tourism Management. I have
done my course few month ago. Now I am doing internship in renewed
company in Malaysia my company name is Proven Reliance Travel and
Educare. I joined my company on December 26’2017

3. Generally, internship program provides practical exposure to the
students in their related field. It provides experience to the students
which are very essential to cope with the difficulty when they are
recruited by other organization in future. So, to collect all the
necessary information about tourism business as well as tourism
environment or trends, this internship helps me to bridge the gaps
between theoretical knowledge into practical.

4. An internship provides a variety of benefits for young workers who want to
broaden their changes for landing a job and jump - starting their careers .
Internship give you a taste of what a profession is like, help you build your
resume and let you meet people who can help you in your career .Don't be passive
during an internship and miss opportunities to expand your business background
.Take advantage of the many benefits of holding an internship.

5. I interned in Proven Reliance Travel and Educare Company for sixteen weeks. Monday to
Friday I was to attend the company from 10am to 06pm. Saturday and Sunday was holiday
for me. Working 40 hours a week, gave me 640 total hours of internship period for 16
weeks.

6. The limitation of this internship are -Sometimes management team were not
feeling comfortable to give information which are considered to be
confidential on the other hand was essential for me.

8. Physical Aspects
Proven Reliance Travel and Educare Company has two floor level 2 eight
rooms which are reception room, prayers room, manager room, office room,
Meeting room, Dining room, store room and kitchen room including two
bathrooms. And level 3 is training room for new student’s .All the rooms are
airy and wide open and equipped with office materials such as stationary,
computer, closet, sofas and carpet. Store room consist necessary equipment for
tea house and camping treks such as tent (sleeping, dining, kitchen, toilet,
shower), mattress, duffel bags, closet to put all these things

Ticket Reservation for the client giving complete information concerning date and
time of arrival .Wholesaler and public and are paid by the Flight Ticket
Reservation on a fee basis.

20. Training Instituted: Now we are giving training by our instituted .This is our
new intimate to give training who interest to take training from our company is
really. We have a talents service holder to able teach new client.
Insurance: Travel Assist provides compensation for people travelling abroad
from unexpected events like accidents, delayed flights, cancelled your trip due
to covered reasons such as hospitalization, lost of travel documents and
emergency medical treatment whilst you are on your trip. You will have
immediate access to 24-hour worldwide assistance in case of an emergency
situation when you are abroad. The short term coverage is for domestic and
overseas leisure travel. Annual multi-trips coverage is available depending on
the plan selected.

21. It was the extracurricular and outer gaining practical based study. So far I
concern after all my work experience over 16 weeks in this organization I
found this organization has earned good will in the national and international
sector for building of a hospitality service with good relations. This
organization seems to have ability to fulfil determinants of service quality
such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance and tangible aspects. The
industrial practice in an agency has developed my confidence to work in a
travel agency.

22. Choosing Proven Reliance travel and Educare among others was very
important decisions of mine while doing internship. There were others
agency which I could select but Proven Reliance Travel and Educare stands
the best for the internship in order to achieving my preset objectives.

23. I was quite late of my internship because of as a foreigner student can’t find the
internship simply. And another problem was Market competition and
Malaysian language.

24. Working in a Proven Reliance Travel and Educare a pleasure for me. Has
broadened my knowledge of Travel agency Transport operation and customer
handle .

25. According to the service Proven Reliance Travel and Educare it is small Organization.
Marketing is particularly based on happy customer and their recommendation
.Company can focus and invest in marketing through social media and more
importantly participating in the international tourism fairs.
