Hopper HQ is different from other Instagram tools because it's fully automated, in-line
with Instagram's terms and conditions. No more 'post reminder'​ push notifications
interrupting your evening and weekends, Hopper HQ posts to Instagram for you.

customers in 75+ countries, but that’s just the beginning.

Senior Marketing Manager
to lead our customer acquisition.

Grow our reputation as the experts in social engagement.
Take the lead on our growth:
- Own and execute a winning strategy for customer acquisition from start to finish
- Develop a deep understanding of what matters to social media managers and how to support them
- Lead execution across all channels, increasing acquisition and driving down CAC
- E-marketing
- Social: owned, paid and earned
- Paid search
- CRO
- Partnerships
- Email marketing and audience building
- Work closely with our content manager across existing channels to accelerate Hopper HQ’s
acquisition
We are looking for someone special.
Experience and skills:
● 4+ years experience in managing acquisition focused marketing channels.
● Experience within B2B, digital products or software as a service.
● A proven track record with the ability to demonstrate results across multiple channels.
● Great communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with a semi remote team.
● Experience in taking ownership from top-line targets to executional detail.
Characteristics and attitude:
● An entrepreneurial flare, an overachiever who enjoys the ‘sport’ of startup.
● A family approach to teamwork. Based on trust, respect, and fun.
● Acceptance of radical candor: the ability to give and take honest feedback, to promote personal and business growth.
● Humble and hungry, taking every experience as an opportunity to test, learn and continuously improve.
We are a tight, dynamic team
We believe if we do amazing things individually, it’ll be
for the benefit of the whole and for our customers.
We love to travel together, generally we spend 3 to 4 weeks every
February away.
Work where suits you.
We are a semi-remote, based in Birmingham and London (Aldgate).
The ideal candidate would work in one of the UK bases. However we
have team members as far and wide as Russia and the Philippines.

Experience and skills: ● 4+ years experience in managing acquisition focused marketing channels. ● Experience within B2B, digital products or software as a service. ● A proven track record with the ability to demonstrate results across multiple channels. ● Great communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with a semi remote team. ● Experience in taking ownership from top-line targets to executional detail.
