How often is the magazine published? Every month and produced in the UK. There is a downloadable magazine on the website which is available every week.
How much does the magazine cost? The magazine cost’s £3.95. Get DJ magazine delivered to your computer every month for just £1.00 an issue (printed price - £3.95). Annual subscription just £12.00.
Who is the institution that publishes the magazine?  Trust publishing ltd. Small Company.  With there no information being shown of the publishers publishing anything else other than my magazine means that this could affect my magazine greatly as if it isn’t a well know publisher then it will affect its sales.
Who is the target audience? Main target audience for this magazine would be Males or Females who are interested in electro music and DJ’s. Late Teens/Early Twenties The other audience that may be interested in this magazine are upcoming DJ’s, musicians and producers.
Analysis of Front Cover The masthead of the magazine is in bold so that it stands out and the target audience know what magazine it is and who it is produced by.  This is a mid shot picture of 3 men standing in the sea, they could be in a hot place as the setting looks sunny and the sea is clear. The man in the middle is wearing a check shirt with jeans where as the 2 men either side of him are wearing white t shirts and jeans, this could show that the man is more important or centre of attention as he is wearing a colourful shirt and he is in the middle. In the top right and bottom left hand corners of the magazine, there is information that has been listed of what is in the magazine in brief. The range of contents in the magazine are Competitions which you can win prizes or be in with the chance of meeting certain people, Music giving you information on the latest gossip of the music industry, any upcoming  festivals or gigs that may be of your interest and about the latest DJs , Free Bees with the magazine, with this issue you get 2 free CDs , Fashion the latest fashion of what’s in and what’s not and the new brands or merchandise that will soon be the next big thing, Technology, the new technology that has been released or is out now but had information on may appeal to them and they may be interested in purchasing it The main lead, ‘Swede Harmony, Swedish house mafia please all the people all the time’ this shows that there is a main story in the magazine. Linking a music artist to a title shows initiative and briefly gives away what the article will be about.  Competitions which you can win prizes or be in with the chance of meeting certain people, Music giving you information on the latest gossip of the music industry, any upcoming  festivals or gigs that may be of your interest and about the latest DJs
