I have a broad cross-border commercial disputes practice, including insolvency and regulatory litigation. I am currently based out of the Turks & Caicos Islands (where I am not admitted to the Bar) operating across the Caribbean Region and beyond. Delivery of fast, effective and commercially-driven litigation solutions is our focus. I have previously worked for the Commonwealth Secretariat headquartered out of London on specific aspects of regulatory and legal reform across many parts of the world. This has included delivery of anti-corruption and related forfeiture training.
