Location release forms were created. These are extremely important documents  – shown below, that authorise Vibe Productions to use our desired locations to film on/in. Land/ site owners were sent this document and either had to reply or physically sign in the designated areas. On the last page, is the email that we sent to the location manager of Hainault Forest, requesting to use their site for filming, as well as their response.

fees and termsprovidedin this agreement.
Recording ofFootage
TheProducermay photograph,film,videotapeand recordsoundon the Propertyand use
the resultingmaterialsin any way the Producerchooses.
Rightsto Footage
You giveus permanent, worldwide,exclusiverightto own allrights to all Producerrecords
and photographs.Youagreeto haveno right to inspect or approverecordings.
Crew and Equipment
TheProducermay bring into thePropertyourcrews, actorsand equipment. TheProducer
may constructtemporarysetsand, aftercompletingphotographyandrecording, will
restorethePropertyto itsoriginal condition as oftheinitial date ofoccupancy by
20thNovember2017 unlessotherwiseagreedto by bothpartiesin writing, with
reasonablewear and tear excepted.
Assignments
You giveus theright to assign all termsstatedin thiscontract. You agreeto waive any
furthercompensationordemand ofany kind forever.

TheProduceragrees to holdyouharmlessfromany liability and lossthatmay be caused
by ouremployees orequipment.
