• Analyzing data and making reports of appraisal.
• Counseling the employees on poor performance.
• Making arrangements of trainings to improve performance.
Employee Welfare:
• Carrying various kinds of welfare activities to boost the morale of
employees.
• Organizing various events like staff party, birthday celebration, and
reward & recognition programs for employees benefit.
Employee Relations:
• Solving grievances related to wages, increment and other day-to-day
labor problems.
• Knowledge of issuing warning letters, making domestic enquiries and
taking disciplinary action.

• Doing every possible effort to make the separation smoother.

 Coordinate the scheduling of orientation for new joining.
 New joining employee details enter in to Payroll and resigned employee details deletion from

respective departmental Heads.
 Prepare the Increment, Promotion Report and Promotion letters as per the Management order.

 Over Time Report Verification
 Day to Day Late Coming Report and Out Going Report verification and List sent to Department
