We manufacture automotive steel wheels since 1991 and is among the leading supplier to
Indian & Global Automobile Manufacturers. Our product range comprises Steel wheels for Two
and Three Wheelers, Passenger cars, Multi utility vehicles, Tractors, Trucks & OTR Vehicles.
We at SSWL have three production facilities: We produce mainly passenger car wheels
in Dappar (Punjab) and Oragadam (Chennai) and truck wheels in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). Our
total capacity amounts to 9 million wheels in Dappar, 6 million wheels in Oragadam and 2
million truck wheels in Jamshedpur amounting to a total capacity of 17 million wheels.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing monthly Production and Despatch plan based on Customer requirement.
• Making the sales plan for the month & following up with marketing team to get the
forecast plan.
• Making Raw material and its consumable requirement based on production schedule
& coordinating the same with purchase.
• Responsible for production planning and monitoring of Man, Material, Machine and
methods in the production area to meet production target.
• Handling the production to meet target and maintaining capacity.
• Coordinate with Quality department to control and improve the quality process to
achieve target.
• Controlling the Logistics to check the packing’s and despatch the parts in right time
to customer end.
• Coordinating with NPD team for PPAP of New Projects to make success.
• Designing daily, weekly and monthly production documents to meet customer
requirements and preparing daily production reports.
• Managing material movement to and from the store to shop floor.
• Maintaining TS 16949 activities and reports.
• Coordinating the daily dispatches for the customers based on schedules.
• Distributes the production schedules and work orders to internal related departments.
• Coordinating with internal departments and vendors to achieve the customer
requirements.
• Compiles the information such as production rates and progress, material used, sales
and customer feedback as reports.

3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Study the order copy for new receipt of job.
• Check the availability of standard raw material & Non Std, Buy out, Accessories
requirement for Job wise.
• If have any shortfall mean raise the purchase requisition and get delivery schedule
from purchase dept with continues follow up.
• Prepare the priority list for job wise with considering project / site requirement
schedule also.
• Prepare the production & dispatch schedule for job wise and release with new job for
all concern dept.
• If have the client requisition for inspect for raw material or finished good mean
inform QC team for client visiting schedules.
• Update the daily production report for job wise and if any job get low production or
schedule delayed mean conduct the meeting and analysis production
improvements.
• Update the ROL list for STD RM, Buy out & accessories stock levels.
• Follow up with production & dispatch department for meet the job & vehicle
schedule.
• Prepare the document for internal audit & involve the programs.
M/s Caparo Engineering India Private Ltd (Stamping) Division, The Largest
Manufacturer of automobile parts with a turnover 150 corers, having its group of companies in
all over the countries. Our customer is Ford, Nissan, Tafe, Iljin, Rane and Volvo.
