When a customer is ready to redeem a ReapSo™ merchant
award, it is time to begin the Redemption Process. There are
two ways for a Customer to redeem rewards: 1) manually input
the merchant’s 4-digit Redemption Code, or 2) scan the REDEEM
sticker QR-Code on the front of the Redemption Tag (QR-Code
REDEEM sticker to come). Keep this card handy for quick reference.
4-DIGIT REDEMPTION CODE PROCESS
• Customer shows merchant iPhone screen to indicate the Reward Number won
• Merchant verifies Reward Number and restriction details from Merchant Rewards Listing (back)
• Merchant approves reward and tells Customer 4-digit Redemption Code
• Customer slides the Peach to pull up Redemption screen on iPhone, and then enters the
Merchant’s 4-digit code to redeem Merchant Reward
• Merchant honors reward
QR-CODE SCAN PROCESS
The QR-Code Redemption process is the same as above with one exception:
Instead of giving the Customer the 4-digit Redemption Code, the Merchant approves
reward and allows Customer to scan the REDEEM QR-Code from the front of the
Merchant Redemption Tag to redeem Merchant Reward.
If you need to modify a REWARD, notify your ReapSo™ representative.
