Cooperative Gating (COG) ,[object Object],After attending Morten Flate Paulsen’s presentation, I perceive that Gating means conditional access to cooperative resources. Paulsen elaborates on this in the article  Cooperative Freedom on page 45 in his book  Online Education and Learning Management Systems .
