A. Book in a Vehicle:
1. Find the Vehicles Information Number(VIN) bar cod on the vehicle, and compare it to the
vehicle information on Reynolds ERALink32 & Key tag.
(Report any discrepancies to you manager).
2. In Reynolds ERALink32, menu 4008, obtain One Owner Status( to be included in the daily
upload and CARFAX 1 Owner sticker to be displayed on the Windshield).
3. Tap the Scanner Laser Scanner button, or if there is no bar code enter it manually.
4. Once the correct VIN# is entered, tap the Next button(Vehicle Type screen appears).
Tip:
Compare the VIN# with ERALink32 and the key tag(it has last 6 digits of VIN#).

B. Vehicle Type Screen:
1. Enter Category Sport utilities or Passenger etc…).
2. Enter Vehicle mileage(obtain from vehicle).
3. Verify correct Year, Make, Model, body type, Engine, Drivetrain(2 or 4) and Transmission.
4. Tap Done button.
TIP:
Certain vehicles display
Transmission as 5 speed, and some trucks display Body type as Short bed
(make the correct changes according the vehicle on hand).

C. Additional Information Screen:
1. Enter Stock#(verify with ERALink32 and key tag).
2. Enter Exterior Color.
3. Tap Done button.
Tips:
Type color Gray, rather than choosing grey
(software has only Grey Green Metallic).
If uncertain about vehicle color, obtain the color code and enter it in the Color finder
web site (http://www.sherwin-automotive.com/formula/?).

D. Pricing(Vehicle option):
1. Select appropriate options as listed in the vehicle.
2. Pay close attention to the details, such as Traction control, Security system( Lock symbol),
Moon roof, Navigation System etc….
Tip:
In some vehicles, options such as On Star is selected automatically(Chevrolet Impala)
It is important to review the options prior to printing(Section H).
Keep in mind that up to 33 options are uploaded to Easterns site(from CDMdata),
In the following menus add options that are important(e.g. Heated seats,……)

E. Vehicles Features:
1. Mechanical: Choose only Power rack pinion steering (if available)
2. Interior: Select and verify options according to the vehicle(select options that add value to
the vehicle) .
e.g. Security Alarm, Remote keyless entry, Tire pressure monitoring etc…
3. Exterior: Select and verify options according to the vehicle(no more than 4)
e.g. Fog lambs, power mirror etc…
4. Safety: Select the appropriate safety options( no more than 2)
e.g. Door locks, Rear child security or trunk emergency release handle.

F. After Market:
1- Select and verify options according to the vehicle, Select options such as Auto Dim Rear
View Mirror, Heated Seats, Dual zone Climate control etc…
2- selecting the after market option( tap the round circle next to the Available features),
3- Tap the ADD Vehicle feature.
4- Tap on > to add the selected feature.
5- If an option is added by mistake, uncheck it(in Selected Features Box) & tap on < .

G.Taking Photos (Click to add or edit, thumbnails).

The preview screen on the left hand side display what the camera sees:
1. Place the scroll bar all the way to the left. Once the camera is in focus, hold the tablet PC
steady and press the photo Snap shot button.
2. Once the photo is displayed in the thumbnail, tap on the View Actual Size button.
3. If the photo is not clear, select the photo in the appropriate thumb nail, and tap Clear button.
4. Repeat step1 to 3 for the remaining photographs for the thumbnails.
Tip: The photo snap button is also the laser scanner for reading the VIN# bar code,
(some domestic vehicles do not have the bar code).

H. Print Vehicle info(Stickers with Yellow Easterns logo)
1. On the main screen, Tap on the Print icon.
2. Tap on Custom icon.
3. Tap on the Paper/magnifying glass icon, under Pview).
4. On the Print Preview screen , verity that correct options are Included.
5. Tap on Page 1 Icon, verity that correct options are Included.
6. Tap on Print icon.
7. Print dialogue box appears, tap on Print.
8. After printing, Document print status box appears:
“Did document(s) print correctly?”, Tap yes
9. Screen changes, Tap on Done icon to exit.

I- Print English & Spanish Buyers guide.
For Printing English Buyers Guide:
1. On the Print Menu, Tap on Buyers Guide Icon
2. Select Maryland WS(Top left Menu),
3. Tap the Pview icon(Paper/Magnifying Glass).
4. Note the most recent vehicle will be in the first row, select the appropriate vehicle
5. Tap on Print Icon.
6. Print Dialogue Box appears, Tap on Print.
For printing the Spanish Buyers Guide :
1. Select (Spanish) Maryland WS(Top left Menu),
2. Tap the Pview icon(Paper/Magnifying Glass).
