The group Abacus presented on the system development life cycle (SDLC), which describes the process of planning, creating, testing, and deploying an information system. The SDLC includes phases for planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. In the planning phase, the problem and scope are defined. Analysis involves gathering and validating requirements. Design covers creating interfaces, databases, and other system components. Implementation is when coding integrates modules. Maintenance provides support once the system is installed.
