2. Introduction
• SMAC(Social,Mobile,Analytics & Cloud) are separately
playing a key role in business, then visualize to
maximize business the sum is greater than its part.
• It is the concept that 4 technology are currently driving
innovation in business.
• SMAC –the 5th wave of IT architecture is happening
faster than anything that comes before.
• SMAC creates an ecosystem that allows a business to
improve its operation and get closer to the customer.
• By 2020,as many as 100 billion connected to the web &
corporations will be managing 50 times the data they
do currently.

3. SMAC
Social media has provided businesses with new
ways to reach & interact with customers.
Mobile technologies have changed the way
people communicate, shop & work.
Analytics allow businesses to understand how,
when & where people consume certain goods & services.
Cloud computing provides a new way to access
technology ,the data & store them.

4. Trends
Social-Organizations must interact wherever customers are at and almost
65% they are connected to social sites like facebook,Twitter,LinkedIn.etc
Mobile-By 2015,there will be about 10billion computer in use which
motivate the company to reach their customers via
smartphones,tablets.etc so that they can virtually connect with them.
Analytics-Mainly the analysis can be done here. Customers experiences
and demands are analyzed.
Cloud-Cloud computing allow IT department to spend bulk of their time
analyzing data. Installation & updates can be done through cloud.
• When a Netflix member streams a TV show from Netflix CLOUD, after
viewing the show he is given a multiple ways to provide the social
feedback.
• People share videos they watched on SOCIAL sites (facebook,twitter etc)
with their friends.
• Customer data stored in the cloud & Netflix can break down its ANALYSIS
to such a granular level that its recommendation engine can personalize
suggestions for individual family members.

5. TREND TO GO BIG………..
• By 2020,there will be 100 billion of computer which means
company need to learn SMAC.
• Combination of SMAC can be used to improve certain sectors. In
health care, vendors are leveraging the CLOUD to offer significant
advantages in increased productivity & decreased costs to health
care providers up till now medical image archive systems have been
large, proprietary & expensive pieces of equipment with limited
possibilities for communicating patient scams between hospitals to
consulting physicians/patients own doctors.
Secure cloud solution now exist to make such scans
available instantly from the imaging device rather than the archive
system to doctors using mobile computing devices. Analytics help
detect patterns of ailments or suggest courses of actions. Private
social networking applications then let medical professionals confer
on specific cases and on ways in which to improve their service
further.

• My area of interest are-Cloud,Social & Mobile.
• CLOUD COMPUTING is an easy way to store & access your data
without having to invest in huge storage devices & other
infrastructure.
• Upload & download data to & from the cloud with in a click.
• Search your content using various criteria & search modules.
• Manages user & control what they can access.
If given internship I would intend to work on the
following-
-- Would like to work on Cloud security which is a major
issue.
--Would like to work on CRM(Customer Relation
Management ) which is being the sole purpose of SMAC.
