 Providing direct administrative support to the Senior Manager,
Vice President and Senior Vice Presidents in the drilling
department.
 Managing the calendar and travel arrangements for the Senior
Managers and other departmental managers.
 Extensive usage of Oracle HRMS (as an end user) for all online
submissions of mission orders, leave requests, short service
missions, medical and educational assistance reimbursements etc.
 Attending to telephone calls and proactively handling routine
matters and requests.
 Maintaining records of Employee Attendance, Performance
Appraisals and Probation reports for the team.
 Follow-up and co-ordination of all internal and external
correspondences received.

HR Coordinator
 Acts as the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
 Handles all HR related documents and records.
 Assists the HR officer during recruitment procedures.
 Maintenance of HR files.
 Arranges interview schedules and maintained contact with
prospective candidates.
 Creates and maintains a liaison with external recruitment
agencies.
 Administers employee letter requests, including, but not limited
to, bank letters, NOC’s, leave and embassy letters.
 Inputs the final version of the payroll into the HR Software
(BEAMS and MIKRO ERPS) every month.
 Receives and processes leaves and annual ticket requests and
ensures appropriate absence forms and medical certificates are
submitted.
 Consolidates monthly reporting including headcount, new
recruits, terminations, overtimes and absenteeism. Processes the
overtime payments of all employees.
 Follows- up on complaints received from clients against drivers,
investigating each case and ensuring proper disciplinary action is
taken.
 Responsible for travel and other related arrangements of
resigned/terminated employees
 Responsible for preparing Final Settlements in accordance with
labor laws.

 Responsible for editing technical documents, letters and memo’s
