Consolidates monthly reporting including headcount, new
recruits, terminations, overtimes and absenteeism. Processes the
overtime payments of all employees.
Follows- up on complaints received from clients against drivers,
investigating each case and ensuring proper disciplinary action is
taken.
Responsible for travel and other related arrangements of
resigned/terminated employees
Responsible for preparing Final Settlements in accordance with
labor laws.
