Involve in Accounting and Auditing functions of Payroll and Payable module of Finance and Accounts Department. Major
roles and responsibilities includes:-
 Directly involve in accurate salary processing of more than 1600 employees.
 Hand on practical experience of Payroll Module and Payable Module of Oracle 11-i.
 Processing of group insurance, benevolent fund and medical claim data.
 Completed uploads of payroll information such as bonuses, Advances, overtime allowance, TA/DA into the payroll system.
 Update the leave records of all employees.
 Process all Payrolls related data, verify and compare Oracle reports with MS Excel Worksheets.
 Address employee payroll related queries in a timely manner.
 Worked with HR on various HR-Payroll duties such as new hiring procedures, annual Increments, promotions, posting of
employees and also issue Last Pay Certificate to transferred and deceased employees.
 Processed manual checks for terminated employees as per SOPs of organization.
 Maintenance, Updating and verification of payroll related documents & files.
 Initiating, processing, of payrolls Minute Sheet & Documents.
 Monthly timely Closing of Payroll Module and Other Routine Work.
 Preparation of ADI (Application Desktop Integrated Report) and uploading in Oracle Database.
 Preparation of e-Payment Income Tax Reports, Annual Employer Tax Statement.
 Check vouchers and files of payable module.
 Make necessary Journal entries of supplier, rent of building, utility bill and also prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.
 Provide Assistance to payable module and Receivable module in preparation and arrangement of necessary reports.
