Security Guard Duties
Duty Station: Petroleum Institute in Abu Dhabi
• Secure people, property and information to the whole petroleum institute
through team work.
• Ensure that all building repairs and maintenance at the Petroleum Institute are
reported, recorded and immediate response from contracted companies and their
authorised staffs carry out repairs and replacements to avert situation.
• Maintain form files of students in Building/hostels and making sure they fill
accommodation forms and fill regular forms in case of transfer, lost keys, and
any other incident reported.
• Limit access to the petroleum institute to only staff, students and to authorised
persons and even then regular log books are filled to monitor accessing persons.
• Maintain different sets of keys to Petroleum Institute buildings and controlling
access to staff, students and authorised companies in authorised time and log
book signed in and out respectively.
• Monitor all Petroleum Institute parking areas and making sure that all students,
staff and visitors park in their designated areas and with proper parking stickers.
• Ensure safety equipment is all maintained and lacks are reported and replaced in
time to ward off any eventuality.
• Any other duties as assigned.
