1. Sending the attribute details in a standard mode and format to the Customers.
2. Providing data for the mandatory attributes which need to be filled in the Masters
3. Checking the data for completeness and accuracy
4. Making the changes in the Masters and sending confirmation to the customer and
material managers.
• Analyzing and solving queries.
• Working on the queries raised by the order managers, material managers and
material owners.
• Entering and updating right material attributes into the system.
• Communicating confirmation of the updating to the requestor and material manager.
• To maintain a complete material details in SAP tool.
• Checking the completeness and accuracy of the attributes.
• To maintain the storage location, discounts, plant extension and all other complete
data of a material.
• To maintain the complete customer details using Blue Planet Production (BPP) in
SAP tool.
• Cleanup activity in Customer/Product Masters.
• To maintain all changes virtually in the tool that happens physically in the client
location.
• Updating and tracking SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• To complete the tickets within the SLA.
• Attending weekly calls and updating the process status to client.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide required information from Masters to authenticated requestor
• Audit all the masters which are created in SAP
• Ensured directives, rules and procedures were communicated to all operation’s staff.
• Pro-active identification of possible errors & problem and suggest.
• Ensured safety methods, practices and programs were implemented and maintained.
• Training and scheduling for meetings.
• Planned and monitored daily staffing schedules and adjusted accordingly to ensure
adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives
and also communicated customer informed on the job schedules (Delivery time,
delays, reschedule, priorities, holidays, Absenteeism, Weekly CC Closures).
