As you see there is a very long line of heritage with the business starting in 1969 as CMC then through mergers and acquisitions over the years becoming NGA Human Resources in 2013 SAP and NGA have a well established long term relationship, as you see on the journey timeline of NGA Human Resources, we entered into a BPO agreement back in 2004

In November 2016, XtendHR is lauched HR & Payroll industry first standalone SAP Hana Cloud Platform App development business XtendHR is an NGA Human Resources Business with the primary objective of enabling the Digital HR Transformation journey by bridging process and technology gaps using the HANA Cloud Platform. Becuase of our commitment and early use of HCP, we enjoy the coverted position of been a founding member of the SAP’s HANA Cloud Plaftorm Advisory council

XtendHR already has five Digital HR Extension Apps live and available via the SAP App Store, 10 more in development and a pipeline of 50, all designed to bridge gaps between OnPremise and Cloud processes. We can of course also build bespoke apps for customers if they wish This approach of XtendHR fits excellently with the Start Anywhere, Go Everywhere philosophy of SuccessFactors

Why do we need XtendHR … Mandetory things you need to do to keep the lights on - as an example May be tracking specific training that needs to be done on a set frequency, perhaps the annual security training. Differentiate – tracking/sharing things that help you attract and retain the right employees Because of delivering via HCP, it plays excellently to whatever hardware strategy is in play including BYO, this is really exciting for many customers.
