WHAT IS A COMMUNICATION PLAN ? A system drawn up by businesses designed to build a relationship with the  client and/or potential client’s.
BENEFITS OF IMPLEMENTING A PLAN - It helps set client expectations, acts as an assurance factor that strengthens the client’s confidence. - Builds consensus around a project to avoid wasting time pursuing a campaign which does not have the clients approval. - Gives the clientan opportunity to give feedback on the results of the agency’s efforts.
Clientexpectations Starting at the first meeting, and all through the project, the client(s) need to be sure that StickMen are communicating clearly what they’ve committed to work wise and any limitations bought up then.   To avoid misunderstandings, if circumstances change and plans are adjusted, it is important for StickMen to communicate budgets, scheduling and deliverables early on in the relationship.
Assurance factors    In all engagement with clients that Stickmen will gain, it is important to ensure they have trust in what you are doing for them and can rely on you to deliver. All clients will be different but some could understandably be nervous or uneasy, wondering if the work is on track, on budget and on time. By building in formal assurance factors, you can reach and discuss collectively any concerns that may be building up, tackling them early on.
Client feedback     Most clients are likely to resist work/ agency that doesn’t give them a chance to participate in the process of building the work. Communication plans should include an avenue for feedback from the staff members of the associated client. Client's need to be able to voice their opinions and express their concerns.
Overview StickMen’sclients need to know that they are willing to listen, discuss their concerns and provide solutions for the concerns. By allowing them to talk, they will form a bond that is both strong and hopefully sustainable.
