To make or build up something everyone needs a
proper guideline or structure. Similarly to run a
business or an organization a proper structure
must be needed. Because this structure show lots
of things.

Fahrenheit is a firebrand Agency with a Mission
to ignite the industry with Ideas. Fahrenheit is led
by a group of advertising professionals whose
individual track records are demonstrated in
numerous successful campaign roll outs in the
country and abroad. Fahrenheit employ proven
communication tools and apply a unique multi-
disciplinary approach of their own to arrive at
communication strategies for respective brands.

Board of directors of this organization wants
to expand their business but still they do not
fix any this about this. But, may be they will
open some more departments like online
advertising, movie's story writing, script
writing and so on. But they do not re-design
their organizational structure yet.

Findings
1. Although this organization has an organization
structure but the structure is little bit clumsy.
2. Hierarchy is more than executive level employees.
3. Less office space.
4. Friendly behavior.
5. Strong security.
6. Well managed organization.
7. Do not have written structure of the organization.

Recommendation
1. Should make a strong written
organization structure.
2. Should reduce clumsiness by reducing
hierarchy level and increasing executive
level employees.
3. Should increase office space.

Conclusion
Above all discussion we can say that,
Fahrenheit is gradually growing. Although the
organization structure is little bit clumsy now,
but we believe that, within very short time
everything will be well structured and this
organization will completely able to run their
business very effectively.

Although the organization structure is little bit clumsy now, but we believe that, within very short time everything will be well structured and this organization will completely able to run their business very effectively.
