(Bristol, UK) - China recently announced that companies operating within Shanghai’s “Pilot”Free-trade
Zone must publish certain business information. Entities that fail to comply with this mandate and do
not release their annual reports within the prescribed timeframe,may be deemed non-compliant and
suffer reputational and other repercussions.
Companies with operations in Shanghai’s Free-trade Zone are advised to monitor and ensure
compliance with the new regulations.
