 Currently since July 2015, have floated own partnership firm M/s Seshasai
Corporate Services, providing consultation in the area of Sales Facilitation to B2B
clients.
 From Nov 2000 to June 2015 : As Vice-President with M/s Kores India
Limited, Mumbai heading the overall National Sales and Administrative
Operations. I possess rich experience in handling both the direct and indirect
channels. I have been instrumental in appointing several dealers and distributors
across India and Associated Sales Partners from Stationary business. Further I
possess rich experience in direct sales operations in dealing with banks, Govt.
departments, PSUs and major corporate houses both in the private and public
sector.
 I have established new businesses opportunities for Kores and in the process
have dealt with Major Japanese companies like M/s Riso Kagaku Corporation,
Tokyo, for their Digital Copy Printers, M/s Muratec for their copiers, M/s Sony for
their CCTV Cameras, M/s Hitachi etc. I have also dealt with Chinese
manufacturers namely, Rongda Digital Duplicators from Ningbo (NIRDC) China,
Security Products from Hikvision , Print Finishing Products from Neopost, France
etc. for the organization which is reaping rich profits to the company.
 From Feb 1998 to Oct 2000: With M/s ATCOM Technologies Ltd., Mumbai
for National Operations as Head- Industrial Sales for Electronic Weighing
Machines and Weighbridges. I also handled the process weighing segment which
catered to customers in the small, medium and large scale segments both in the
Private and Public sectors.
 From Oct 1996 to Feb 1998: With M/s VGP G.R.I.L. as Divisional Manager
(North) based in Delhi handling the States of North India.
 From Feb 1983 to Sept 1996: With M/s Avery India Limited, leading
manufacturers and sellers of Mechanical and Electronic Weighing Machines and
Weighbridges in different Sales Managerial positions, posted in various parts of
india. I have rich experience in handling Large Industrial customers like SAIL,
TATA STEEL, COAL INDIA LTD, etc. I have worked with major consultants like
TRF, EIL, etc.
As Vice President with Kores India Ltd. my job content was as follows:-
On Administration & Management
 I successfully handled the Administration and Management of Profit Centers (Branches & Regional /
Zonal offices across the country) with large manpower compliments. I ensured that each of the Profit
Centers achieves the Business and Profit targets set year after year.
 I ensured that the overall objective of the organization is met with close monitoring & control of costs,
effective receivable management, cash flows, inventory management, prompt attention to legal
issues, implementing and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements like Shops & Establishment
Act, ESIC, Sales and Income Tax regulations etc.
 In building a robust Customer Support Team across the country that ensures effective and prompt
after Sales Support to customers, thereby leading to customer satisfaction which has helped in
multiplying business manifold and increase in record business turnover year after year.
On the Business Development front
 I was involved in the Analysis of business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales,
augmenting turnover and in ensuring the achievement of business targets.
 In monitoring of competition activities and in devising proactive and effective counter measures. In
Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as
per targeted plans.
On the New Market Development

business in the form of Office Automation products, Security products & Solutions like
CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems etc which has now blossomed into a

On Sales Management functions
 I enabled business growth by developing and managing a network of direct sales force and also
Indirect Channel Partners across the country.
 Recruit, Build, train and monitor direct Sales force, channel partners and Branch personnel to ensure
achieving of Revenue and Business targets.
 Plan and implemented Sales promotion and Marketing activities at regular intervals.
