MEET THE
FOUNDERS
ANTON AND NATALIA
NeitDesign was founded
in 2016, by two people
who were in love. But the
story started earlier:
after the summer 2014
that has brought the war
in our town. Our
colleagues left the
university and so did we.
Except we did not move
to other place, we stayed
at home, jobless and free.
We both knew English
perfectly. Anton has lived
and worked in USA in his
student years. I taught
foreigners.
And since we chose to
stay in the military
Luhansk, as it was our
home, but did not want
anything to do with the
new political regime, we
began to work in the
Internet.
It was Anton who
suggested to try
presentations. We have
widely used PowerPoint
in our work. We
presented scientific
results with it, and our
students prepared
presentation to show
their course and diploma
projects.
Fiverr was the starting
point of our journey to
the PowerPoint design
world. The first year at
Simple design is better. And “simple” does not
mean “easy.“ Just remember the “KISS” rule:
keep it simple, stupid.

Fiverr brought us about
80 satisfied clients, 2
Level Seller and the faith
in our designer future.
At first I worked alone
and took the pen name
“Neit Linkoln.” It was my
real pen name when I
tried myself as a writer in
years long forgotten.
“Neit” looked like a short
form of Natalia, and
easier for a foreign ear
and tongue. Thus, we had
our corporate name
though we did not know it
yet.
We consider the date of
founding NeitDesign as
the day of the first
completed order on
Fiverr: the 8th of
February, 2016.
Anton joined me later in
August, and we started to
work on NeitDesign
brand. Anton coded a
website for NeitDesign -
neitdesign.com in Feb
2017. I created the logo
to display on the site.
Since then, NeitDesign is
a freelance design studio
that specializes in
PowerPoint design. In the
2018, we started new line
of the brand products -
Neit.Pro. This includes
PowerPoint templates,
books, online courses
about presentations.
Meanwhile,
NeitDesign expands
social networks and
other Internet
resources and grows
as a brand along with
its founders’ family.
With this Brand Book,
we will establish our
style and find
employees, young
designers like
yourself, to join our
efforts in making this
world a prettier place
with PowerPoint
design.

THE STORY AND USAGE
LOGO OR THE LOGOTYPE IS AN EMBLEM, A SYMBOL THAT
COMPANIES USE AS A MARK OF RECOGNITION. IT REPRESENTS THE
BRAND ITSELF IN A GRAPHIC FORM. LOGOTYPE HAS MEANING IN
THE CONTEXT OF THE COMPANY’S STORY OR ITS
PERSONALIZATION. BASICALLY, IT’S AN APPEARANCE OF THE
COMPANY, ITS FACE.

It was at the start of our career, when we only began to
think about the logotype and brand identity for our
small designer business. We successfully completed the
order for this client and the next day opened the new
project – the first one for NeitDesign, its logotype.

OUR STORY
You already know why we chose the name Neit and what
was its origin. But why these colors and what do they
mean? When we made the first banner for our Fiverr gig
on PowerPoint presentations, we wanted to be different
among other similar gigs.
So, if the majority of gigs had slides
samples on their banner, we decided
to use plain bright colors on a black
background. It was our first designer
decision, and a very successful one.
We remember one client asked us to
make a presentation for her in the
same color scheme. She felt they
were the colors of power and
energy.

Turquoise color
Is Natalia’s favorite color. It is
not the blue, but much more
tender. Turquoise is the color of
the sea wave, light and bright. It
is not cold, but refreshing. A
symbol of the fresh start or a
new wave in business, re-
branding or a brand new design.

Is a symbol of
concentrated
designer power in
one point.
Pie Chart
Is a part of
PowerPoint logo.
Lightning Symbol
Symbol of power, black and
purple colors are the original
ones from Neit’s first Fiverr
banner. The original blue was
changed to turquoise.
Lightning also has a shadow.
Shadow
The Neit’s part
has a shadow, to
be distinctive.

The NeitDesign colors are turquoise, purple
and gray (see palette in Colors section). In
case of colored background, the logo color is
white. No other colors are allowed. The
shadow line beneath the “Neit’s” and the
lightning should be adjusted to the
background. For instance, if the background is
turquoise, the shadow will be dark-turquoise.

the rounded rectangle shadow along with the

PRIMARY COLORS
Primary colors are colors that we use at our website
and logo. You can add other colors if the design piece
requires it, as we did in this style guide. Violet,
orange, green etc. are the secondary colors 
But still the 2 primary colors allows to built a
consistent design. Go to our website to see how to
combine our 2 primary colors. Also, we use particular

We use compound of typefaces for titles to highlight the main idea. It is
the same, as to highlight some words in the text.
Remember that the Great Vibes font is a handwritten font.It
visually looks smaller than it is. And you have to adjust it to the size of
the Lato font each time you use them together.
NEVER USE GREAT VIBES AND LATO TOGETHER IN
THE CAPS LOCK MODE.
Don’t put the Great Vibes text before the Lato text in the
beginning of the sentence.

But the story started earlier: after the summer 2014 that has brought the war in our town. Our colleagues left the university and so did we. Except we did not move to other place, we stayed at home, jobless and free. We both knew English perfectly. Anton has lived and worked in USA in his student years. I taught foreigners. And since we chose to stay in the military Luhansk, as it was our home, but did not want anything to do with the new political regime, we began to work in the Internet. It was Anton who suggested to try presentations. We have widely used PowerPoint in our work. We presented scientific results with it, and our students prepared presentation to show their course and diploma projects. Fiverr was the starting point of our journey to the PowerPoint design world. The first year at Simple design is better. And “simple” does not mean “easy.“ Just remember the “KISS” rule: keep it simple, stupid. So, if you did an awesome design but it does not illustrate the idea, forget it.” A WORD TO YOUNG DESIGNERS Natalia Liashenko, PhD co-founder and ceo of NeitDesign.com Fiverr brought us about 80 satisfied clients, 2 Level Seller and the faith in our designer future. At first I worked alone and took the pen name “Neit Linkoln.” It was my real pen name when I tried myself as a writer in years long forgotten. “Neit” looked like a short form of Natalia, and easier for a foreign ear and tongue. Thus, we had our corporate name though we did not know it yet. We consider the date of founding NeitDesign as the day of the first completed order on Fiverr: the 8th of February, 2016. Anton joined me later in August, and we started to work on NeitDesign brand. Anton coded a website for NeitDesign - neitdesign.com in Feb 2017. I created the logo to display on the site. Since then, NeitDesign is a freelance design studio that specializes in PowerPoint design. In the 2018, we started new line of the brand products - Neit.Pro. This includes PowerPoint templates, books, online courses about presentations. Meanwhile, NeitDesign expands social networks and other Internet resources and grows as a brand along with its founders’ family. With this Brand Book, we will establish our style and find employees, young designers like yourself, to join our efforts in making this world a prettier place with PowerPoint design.   • 5. LOGO THE STORY AND USAGE LOGO OR THE LOGOTYPE IS AN EMBLEM, A SYMBOL THAT COMPANIES USE AS A MARK OF RECOGNITION. IT REPRESENTS THE BRAND ITSELF IN A GRAPHIC FORM. LOGOTYPE HAS MEANING IN THE CONTEXT OF THE COMPANY’S STORY OR ITS PERSONALIZATION. BASICALLY, IT’S AN APPEARANCE OF THE COMPANY, ITS FACE.   • 6. 6 It was at the start of our career, when we only began to think about the logotype and brand identity for our small designer business. We successfully completed the order for this client and the next day opened the new project – the first one for NeitDesign, its logotype. LOGO OUR STORY You already know why we chose the name Neit and what was its origin. But why these colors and what do they mean? When we made the first banner for our Fiverr gig on PowerPoint presentations, we wanted to be different among other similar gigs. So, if the majority of gigs had slides samples on their banner, we decided to use plain bright colors on a black background. It was our first designer decision, and a very successful one. We remember one client asked us to make a presentation for her in the same color scheme. She felt they were the colors of power and energy.   • 7. 7 Turquoise color Is Natalia’s favorite color. It is not the blue, but much more tender. Turquoise is the color of the sea wave, light and bright. It is not cold, but refreshing. A symbol of the fresh start or a new wave in business, re- branding or a brand new design. A point in circle Is a symbol of concentrated designer power in one point. Pie Chart Is a part of PowerPoint logo. Lightning Symbol Symbol of power, black and purple colors are the original ones from Neit’s first Fiverr banner. The original blue was changed to turquoise. O O O O0,35’’ 0,35’’ 0,35’’ 0,35’’ COLOR The NeitDesign colors are turquoise, purple and gray (see palette in Colors section). In case of colored background, the logo color is white. No other colors are allowed. The shadow line beneath the “Neit’s” and the lightning should be adjusted to the background. WHEN YOU USE VERSION 2 When you have a lot of free space for the logo, as at the pages 2 and 22 of this style guide. When the Logo v.1 doesn’t looks good in the layout and you need something more square.   • 12. PRIMARY COLORS Primary colors are colors that we use at our website and logo. You can add other colors if the design piece requires it, as we did in this style guide. Violet, orange, green etc. are the secondary colors  But still the 2 primary colors allows to built a consistent design. Go to our website to see how to combine our 2 primary colors.
