 During this session the project manager runs through a series of
questions that will help Navigo get a better understanding of customers
requirements.
 A copy of these questions is provided with the documentation sent in the
earlier stage.
 Questions are aimed at gathering information related to the project,
environment setup (IT), HR requirements, location details and training
requirements.
 Either done onsite or remotely via conference call.

consultants calendar for the next 4 weeks to make sure
there are no major issues

 Discuss / work through any issues the customer may have
 Discuss Navigo's other services - Consulting, Managed
Services etc.
 Mention the next contact will be from their nominated
OrgPlus Customer Account Manager
 Ask if Navigo's Marketing Department can contact them
for testimonial or case study
 Close down the project in CRM

Post-Implementation  The Navigo Project Manager contacts the customer approximately 1 month after the implementation to:  See how the OrgPlus Enterprise rollout is going  Discuss / work through any issues the customer may have  Discuss Navigo's other services - Consulting, Managed Services etc.  Mention the next contact will be from their nominated OrgPlus Customer Account Manager  Ask if Navigo's Marketing Department can contact them for testimonial or case study  Close down the project in CRM

Review the proposed environment, ensuring it meets the minimum system requirements as outlined in the OrgPlus Enterprise Pre-Installation Guide.  Once reviewed prepare the environment for installation.Install OrgPlus Enterprise in your nominated non-production and production environmentsInstall the HRIS to OrgPlus adapter in your nominated non-production HRIS environmentConfigure OrgPlus to connect to the adapter and build a basic chart using all of the fields from the adapter.Set up external authentication for OrgPlusSet up required modules within OrgPlus and configure accordinglyExecute Navigo's Adapter test plan to ensure the hierarchy is coming through to OrgPlus as expectedChange ManagementHead of Business (Talk about the benefits of the product)He then talks to the his managers!Support the product and get people onboard!! What's in it for them and how easy for them!!People don't use unless it comes from the top!!Get excited for them to attend the training sessions!

They did not do a parallel pay run!! - Another example could be of NZ ministry of education!! Government has just launched a parliamentary enquiry into their payroll implementation!! - Again everythinggoes back to Requirements and Testing!!
