Today I’m Telecommunication Director working on below áreas for twenty years: • Installations • Operation and Maintenance-O&M. • Sales and Pre-Sales • Purchansing • Project Management All above mentioned áreas are related to microwave ethernet/SDH networks radios from 6 GHZ to 38 GHZ . Management skills of groups up to 40 people in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro states,built a network radio interconnecting all the towns of the states mentioned. I like motivating team members who are unproductive and transform them into highly productive team members as well as pass forward my experience from all these years to new talents who my become leaders of the future.
