journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines. Founded in 1997,

All of Hindawi’s content is archived in Portico, which provides permanent
archiving for electronic scholarly journals, as well as via
the LOCKSS initiative. In December 2006, Hindawi was certified with the ISO
9001:2000 quality management system by TÜV Rheinland, and updated with
the ISO 9001:2008 in April 2010.
3. Job Description:
Matching the article’s abstract and reference pages’ contents on the PDF file with
the XML file and completing any missing data to ensure the compatibility between
both the authors’ and the company’s in-house styles
Convert the abstract file, received from the Manuscript Tracking System (MTS), to
XML format in order to add any missing data
Match the title and the authors’ names with the ones on the PDF file and add the
missing addresses and domains to ensure a complete abstract for the author
Check the content of each reference on data bases to fulfill consistency
Convert the references to XML form and match it with the PDF file to apply the
company’s in-house style
Convert both the abstract and reference files to PDF formats and revise the whole
content before uploading it to the Content Production System (CPS) to be finalized
by the Finalization team
