Al Cornish leads Norton University, which provides development programs and elearning offerings for staff, physicians and executives at Norton Healthcare. He also is responsible for media services, career/succession planning and diversity/inclusion initiatives. Al has more than 30 years of experience in administrative, training, human resources and operations management. He has held senior leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including AMF Bowling, Central Parking Systems, 7-Eleven, ADP and Hardee’s.
Bill Mastin is a learning technologist with more than 20 years of experience helping customers architect and deploy systems to support their organizations and learning initiatives. Currently, he is responsible for sales and marketing at NetDimensions. Prior to NetDimensions Bill served at LEO Learning North America and other learning and talent system solution providers.
