The New Earth Leaders Program is a program for young leaders with at least several years of work experience who know that leadership begins wherever you are in the organization, who understand the need to "be the change" and who want to learn how to do this in practical business reality. The purpose of the program is to create the kind of leadership spoken of by Tex Runnning: "leadership which at once holds great peril and great promise." Young leaders will join on a learning journey that will take them from their desks and into the real world.
