- Introduction to newsletter management Writing and distributing a periodic newsletter is a great way to boost interest in your company and you business, and a great way speak directly to your customers to keep them informed of new events, products, and company news. Newsletter management software allows you to streamline and automate much of your newsletter designing process.
- Cost and skills Costs for newsletter management software typically runs between three hundred to five hundred dollars. This software needs to be integrated into the existing website, hosting system, and email and does require some computing skills to operate.
- Selection checklist Before selecting a newsletter management software you will need to make sure that it supports embedded with the following things :- Email announcements, Email list hosting, and Email newsletters. It would really help incase it also supports opt-in email lists, direct email campaigns , and bulk email campaigns. There are a lot of software available which provide full statistics and tracking info.
- Additional tools You will also need Newsletter templates, Bulk email senders, Web hosting, Autoresponder, and MS Office in addition to the tools available in the software for smooth operation of your campaign.
