My name is Nguyen Thi Kim Yen – current Vice President of Talent Management in
AIESEC FTU HCMC. I am writing this letter to endorse the application of Tran Ngoc
Nganto become the candidate of Member Committee President of AIESEC Vietnam term
2014 – 2015.
I have worked closely with Nganin Executive Board for nearly one year. First of all, what
I am impressed aboutNgan is her ambitiousness. She always wants to challenge the
status quo and is demanding in everything she does. Not only does she dare to dream
big but she also strives to make it happen. It is critical for MCP to be determinedto fulfill
great promise of AIESEC Vietnam in the context of striving for AIESEC 2015.
Secondly, Ngan strongly demonstrates her critical thinking. She is able to quickly
identify a problem and give innovative solutions.Furthermore, her decisions are made
based on overview of the situation and after considering almost all possible
outcomes.As a MCP, it is necessary to think critically to define right strategies within
limited time of one year.
Last but not least, Ngan is a pro-active learner. Most of her knowledge was acquired by
not only her experience but also her eagerness to read books. As a leader of leaders in
AIESEC Vietnam, it is recommended for a person to have diversified points of view in
both AIESEC and real world outside. Although, at the first sight, it may be difficult to
make friend with Ngan, I do believe that it is worth being a teammate with such a girl
like Ngan because of her interesting characteristics and wide knowledge.
With my reasons mentioned above, I strongly believe that Tran Ngoc Nganis an
outstanding candidate for Member Committee President term 2014 – 2015 of AIESEC
Vietnam.
