  • 7. Deliver Better Customer Service Make it easy for your customers to reach you and automate the process to deliver a better experience.  Streamline your follow-up and provide your contacts with an immediate response so they know you are on it.
  • 8. New Customer WOW Do you want to really win over your new customer? Really WOW them? Create a personalized welcome sequence with a gift being sent and follow it up with an automated task creation so you remember to give them a call just to “Check in.” Remember a little goes a long way.
  • 9. Opportunities If you are in a business that has a sales process workflow that all of your sales reps should be following it is time to automate it.
