Trip Leader- Seasonal/Summer
•Yellowstone Adventure and Service, 2011 co-led a service based trip
to Yellowstone National Park with 10 participants (15-16 years old).
Evaluated each participant on leadership and peer relationships, planned
meals, events, and itinerary, supervised trail maintenance and historic
preservation projects.
•Australia International Camper Exchange Program, 2012 co-led a
service based trip to Australia with 14 participants. Evaluated each
participant on leadership and social skills, communicated with a host
partner to solve itinerary issues, and ensured the health and safety of
participants.
•Uruguay International Camper Exchange Program, 2013 co-led the
first travel and service program to Uruguay and helped to establish a
positive host relationship with YMCA professionals at the Montevideo
YMCA in addition to leading the teen exchange program.
2. •Japan International Camper Exchange Program, 2014 co-led a
travel and service group of 13 teens in a month long trip to Japan, and
worked closely with the Tochigi YMCA in Japan to ensure a positive
exchange. Facilitated a new YMCA-developed leadership curriculum
with teen participants.
•New Zealand International Exchange Program, 2015 co-led a travel
group of 14 participants working with the Auckland YMCA and local
regional parks to provide a rich environmental service work program.
•Completed a 30-40 page report for each of the above travel programs
with lesson plans, logistical details, and suggestions for future leaders to
ensure program quality

small non-profit offering after school and day camp programs
