and extracting all the necessary government permits.
B- Physically: Selection the appropriate warehouses and offices of the company. Follow-up the maintenance and repairs with the
companies of maintenance and engineering studies, purchase of the company's property (offices, Furniture, cars, trucks, tools, etc.……….)
C- Administratively: Recruitment process from A to Z (Announcement in newspapers, contact recruitment companies, Preparation of test,
Selection of successful candidates, Interviews, negotiate with the candidates, prepare administrative files required, drafting of
employment contracts), build all the department of the company (Sales & Marketing Department, Department of warehouses, Finance

1- Achieved 100% sales increase by expanding deployment, activate the marketing & trade marketing, team organization, create a
competitor to us, new Items and update the sales policy (DD, ID, B2B, government tenders, etc.…….)
