Project Erection and commissioning:
 As an effective team member having competency in project erection like rotating and
stationary equipment, Ducting, utility piping, hydraulic piping and testing of Twin shaft
kiln including Utility and hydraulic systems.

3.  Spearheaded efforts in handling complete erection and commissioning activities for
various rotating equipments like ID fans (Capacity -51,500Nm3/hr) and
Blowers(Capacity up to – 6,000 Nm3/hr) including their alignment and vibration
analysis.
 Responsible for erection, testing and commissioning of the hydraulic system comprises
vane pumps, hydraulic cylinders and various DC and sequence control valves, etc.
 Overseeing project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to
machines, equipment & manpower; monitoring operations for ensuring timely
completion.
 Installation and commissioning of the pet coke (FSS) a n d pneumatic system for fuel
conveying as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of
plant & utilities.
 Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning of Piping of various diameters, Material - MS, SS,
CI, hydraulic and, Air etc.
 Managing resources to perform project activities in a cost effective manner.
 Conducting equipment identification, procurement & implementation, vendor
development & negotiation.
 Also preparing monthly Reports to monitor the status of engineering activities carried
out at Site and adherence to safety norms while carrying out engineering activities at site.
Equipment Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
 As a Maintenance Engineer preparing and performing corrective and preventive
maintenance on various equipments like De-dusting system, hydraulic and pneumatic
systems, Blowers and ID fans etc.
 Troubleshoot breakdowns; carry out root cause analysis of the problem to come out with
its permanent solution. Review the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction
/ Quality failures and advice on system and process changes for qualitative improvement
in productivity.
 During shutdown and breakdown evaluating the problems and resolving it in cost and
work effective manner with minimal time span.
 Evaluating maintenance records of all equipments and systems on a regular basis to
ensure their effective performance in normal condition.
 Preparing and updating inventory & spares management.

5 type kiln (300TPD) designed by M/S Cimprogetti, Italy with complete Material
Handling system.
