Worked for TEAM EXPRESS COURIER LLC, Dubai from
September 2012 to July 2014
Nature of Work:
• Handling the calls and enquires of customers, clients
regarding Shipments.
• Handling queries and reporting to operations.
• Troubleshooting/Problem solving, complaint handling, call
center operations, reports and documentations, send and
reply emails.
• Customer care/communications, relationship building and
user training and support for other staff.
• Call and take proper locations of the customers for the
delivery of their parcels.
• Answer incoming calls of the Customers queries and give
appropriate action if needed.
• Give good quality service, e.g. assuring that the customer's
needs and queries are well attended; following-up
undelivered parcels, ensuring that parcels are delivered on
the said time and date.
• Encode all locations taken and other related data in the
system (using Integra program)
• Properly coordinate with the operations department or
management if problems arises that needs their attention and
immediate action.
• Properly implement the company's rules and regulations in
dealing with customers.
• Give accurate information of the bank's inquiries regarding
the customer's problems through emails and/or telephone
conversation.
 Worked for Al Jadeed Bakery L.L.C, Dubai since 8 months
as Saleslady
Nature of work:
• Handling the customers, displaying the product,
• Checking the stock, placing the order,
• Handling cash counter in our bakeshop
