1. Braised Cabbage

2. Ingredients
● Bacon-150g
● Carrot-200g
● Cabbage-500g
● Onion-1
● 1tbsp flour
● Tomato paste
● Pepper
● Salt

3. ● 1. Cut onion into cubes and rub
carrot on a grater.

4. ● 2. Fry onion and carrot in
vegetable oil.

5. ● Cut cabbage into strips.

6. ● Stew cabbage with all spices
for 15 minutes.

7. ● Add tomato paste and zazharka
to the cabbage. Add salt,
pepper to taste.

8. ● Mix well and stew 15 minutes,
untill cabbage should be soft.
