plan.
At a small school, you might do this at one
meeting attended by all of the stakeholders. At
a large school, you might have different
meetings with different groups followed by
formal approval by the School Board.

Step 7: Conduct an Annual Evaluation
Evaluation refers to an annual assessment of
progress. This evaluation can occur at the same
time as planning of the next year's school
development plan. The results of the evaluation
should be included in the Annual School report to
parents and other stakeholders.
