Sr. Solutions Architect: Sep 2013 – Present Solution Architect for Cisco’s Enterprise Process Practice. Responsible for establishing, 
governing and maturing best practices, standards and processes for community of process modeling and process design practioners. 
Sr. IT Business Process Ar chitect: Oct 2012 – Sep 2013 BPA for Cisco’s Technical Support Case Management Domain with a focus on 
Intelligent Matching (IM) of cases to skilled resources and Business Rules Engine for intelligent knowledge-driven routing of support

LoadRunner and drove infrastructure capacity planning and production rollout. 
IT Technical Lead: Dec 2000 – Jun 2002. As part of the Cisco Enterprise Architecture Initiative: led IT teams to meet goals centered 
on Application Architecture, Data Architecture and Infrastructure Architecture. Established a Software Re-use Library and created 
reuse library processes, policies and taxonomy to ensure the accuracy, integrity and support of the code housed within the library. 
IT Technical Lead: Sep 2000 – Dec 2000. Pioneered a set of LDAP API’s for use with any directory service (specifically for Active 
Directory, however the API’s were made generic for use with any other LDAP based directory services). Designed, prototyped and 
built the API’s in both Perl (using PerLDAP) and Java (using JNDI). 
IT Technical Lead: May 2000 – Sep 2000. Lead Engineer for the Cisco IT Developer Community Initiative. Led team to create the 
C.O.D.E. (Cisco On-line Developer Exchange) Portal: the one-stop-shop for developers in the IT Organization providing access to 
many developer resources including an automated searchable FAQ (FAQ-O-MATIC) and searchable threaded discussions with 
archived developer mail aliases. Established a Developer Boot Camp and Developer training classes in partnership with the IT 
Training Department. 
IT Technical Lead: Aug 1999 – May 2000. Load/Stress Testing Tools Evaluation Lead Engineer. Led cross-functional IT Team to 
evaluate and select a Load Testing Tool and vendor for the IT Department. Established Load Testing Mission, Charter and Load 
Testing process. Built the Load Testing Team and Load Testing Environment. 
IT Technical Lead: Dec 1998 – Aug 1999. Technical Lead for the Internet Commerce Team. Established processes and procedures for 
a new remote Support Center at the RTP, NC site and led the technical resources on site. Identified and refined new processes: such 
as the Bug/Enhancement Process for prioritizing bugs, Support Turnover Guide and Training Plan. Helped hire resources at all levels;

IT Technical Lead: Dec 1997 – Dec 1998. Led Development Team to deliver Web Product Selection and Product Comparison 
applications for the Cisco Reseller Marketplace (RSMP) Business Team. The release of these tool s had immediate impact to the 
business by helping Cisco customers (VAR’s) pick the correct Cisco product and thereby reducing RMA’s that were previously being 
incurred. 
IT Technical Lead: Jan 1997 – Dec 1997. Executive Information System (EIS) Technical Lead. Led the development effort to 
completely automate Cisco Executive decision-making. The new intranet based system offered bookings, backlog, revenue, margins 
and top customer drill -down from the CEO and CFO levels through Divisions, Operations and Sales Regions in an intuitive graphical 
format. 
IT Engineer: Nov 1994 – Dec 1996. Cisco eCommerce Application: Established architecture and built first in class suite of eCommerce 
modules: identity and session management, shopping cart, business rules and secure payment. Cisco World Wide Sales Conference 
Registration: Technical project management, detailed requirements gathering, analysis and development. Cisco Trainin g Evaluation 
Survey: analysis, design and development of a system to report on class and instructor performance, providing senior management 
with valuable information for making improvements to Cisco’s training strategy. 
RED HAT, INC., RALEIGH, NC Jul 2004 - Oct 2004 
IT Project Manager and Business Analyst. Working with the Vice President of Global Services and Vice President of Product 
Management led a strategic cross-functional task force team to improve Red Hat customer satisfaction. Defined objectives,
