IT Technical Lead: Sep 2000 – Dec 2000. Pioneered a set of LDAP API’s for use with any directory service (specifically for Active
Directory, however the API’s were made generic for use with any other LDAP based directory services). Designed, prototyped and
built the API’s in both Perl (using PerLDAP) and Java (using JNDI).
IT Technical Lead: May 2000 – Sep 2000. Lead Engineer for the Cisco IT Developer Community Initiative. Led team to create the
C.O.D.E. (Cisco On-line Developer Exchange) Portal: the one-stop-shop for developers in the IT Organization providing access to
many developer resources including an automated searchable FAQ (FAQ-O-MATIC) and searchable threaded discussions with
archived developer mail aliases. Established a Developer Boot Camp and Developer training classes in partnership with the IT
Training Department.
IT Technical Lead: Aug 1999 – May 2000. Load/Stress Testing Tools Evaluation Lead Engineer. Led cross-functional IT Team to
evaluate and select a Load Testing Tool and vendor for the IT Department. Established Load Testing Mission, Charter and Load

IT Technical Lead: Dec 1998 – Aug 1999. Technical Lead for the Internet Commerce Team. Established processes and procedures for
